A resolution to grant has been achieved for 160 homes, 434 sq m of retail and 5% affordable homes plus 6 starter homes.The S106 has been completed and a reserved matters application has been consented. A joint venture has been concluded with Acorn, who will be acting a development managers and contractors.

Demolition has completed with the first phase all sold. The second phase will be fnished in June 2023 with nearly 80% sold, exchanged or reserved.
